Carys Roberts Clinical Director of Swan Physio based in Keele will share practical tips (and demonstrations!) on how easy it is to promote better health and wellbeing in your workforce to improve performance.
Carys understands the importance of keeping a workplace healthy and productive and is passionate to help other businesses adopt pro-active approaches towards the health of their employees in effective and imaginative ways.
Carys Roberts is Clinical Director of a multidisciplinary clinic in Keele Village, where clients are looked after with a whole body holistic approach. Carys has worked in elite sport, as well as specialising in pain management, chronic conditions and complex rehabilitations in the industrial, manufacturing and agricultural sectors as well as for individuals.
